These Terms govern your use of Barq Player. By installing, opening, or using the app you agree to them in full.

1. Acceptance
By using Barq Player you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Barq Player is
Barq Player is a technical media player. It plays media that you, the user, supply via your own M3U / Xtream / playlist credentials. We do not host, distribute, sell, broadcast, transcode, decrypt, or curate any media of any kind.
3. No affiliation with any content provider
Barq Player has no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with any content provider, IPTV service, broadcaster, sports league, studio, or streaming platform. Brand names, channel names, and logos that appear inside the player come solely from playlists the user chose to add and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. User-provided sources
You are solely responsible for the legality of every source, playlist, credential, and stream URL you load into Barq Player. You represent that you own, license, or are otherwise legally permitted to access the media you choose to play.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use Barq Player to access, redistribute, or circumvent technical protection measures on copyrighted material you do not have rights to. You agree not to resell or commercialise pirated content through the app.
6. No warranty
Barq Player is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Stream availability, quality, and reliability depend entirely on the third-party sources you provide. We do not guarantee that any specific source will work, remain available, or be lawful.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barq Player and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from the content you choose to play through it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
